Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Case

  Place your Loopy Case and any original accessories securely in the original packaging or a small bubble mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
